If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible via phone 1(909) 397-8888, or live chat. You may also submit a ticket online but due to the time sensitive nature of this issue, we’d suggest contacting us during office hours via phone or chat. Once your package has shipped, we will not be able to edit the address. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please ensure that your address is complete and entered correctly with any and all information pertaining to your address including (apartment/suite/room numbers).
If you would like to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you will be responsible for all the shipping costs to back to our facilities. Additionally it will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing your order.
